HOW IT WORKS

Keeping community at the forefront of everything we do we intend to create a sense of belonging during every interaction in our space. Whether you’re in a 1-on-1 coaching session, attending a Mat Pilates + Sculpt class, at a community gathering, or utilizing our tools or resources our goal is for you to feel brave. Being brave allows you to eliminate fear and began to choose what wellness looks like to you.

 

After joining The Self Project community you are now exposed to resources and tools that will help you stay committed to the wellness plan for your life. Your journey at The Self Project depends solely on your capacity within the community.

Movement/ Wellness Classes 

If you’re attending a movement class... it’s not just a Mat Pilates + Sculpt class, but we create an experience for the entire being. We began class with a aura cleanse, selection of an affirmation card, followed by a journaling experience. Once the tone is set for yourself we began our movement exercise through Pilates, ending with a return to our affirmation/ intention as we close out.

Coaching Client (coming soon...) 

If you’re a coaching client... you and your coach will work together to develop a personalized wellness plan that fits your specific needs for every aspect of you. Once developed you’ll meet weekly to discuss your progress, make changes, and create new goals.

Community Gathering (coming soon...)

If you’re at a community gathering... you will be surrounded by individuals who are ready to immerse themselves in a whole-being experience. These experiences will come from us and other companies that share our same values.

Tools & Resources (coming soon...)

If you’re utilizing our tools or resources... this will create a more sacred experience for yourself. All of our resources requires you to raise your level of awareness, shift your thinking, set new and ongoing goals for yourself, along with self-reflection.
