For the month of September we'll be hosting several wellness and movement classes for our community. These class will be donation-based in addition to a special class with one of our local partners.
If you’re attending a movement class... it’s not just a Mat Pilates + Sculpt class, but we create an experience for the entire being. We began class with a aura cleanse, selection of an affirmation card, followed by a journaling experience. Once the tone is set for yourself we began our movement exercise through Pilates, ending with a return to our affirmation/ intention as we close out.

Things you should know before attending class:
Q: What should I bring to class?
A: A yoga mat, journal, something to write with, an open mind & heart.
Q: How long is a wellness/ movement class?
A: An hour
Q: Why donation-based?
A: Our goal at The Self Project is to make pilates/ wellness accessible to all people versus the higher rates studios offer. Monies received from donations will allow us to purchase pilates equipment for classes. Give what you can!
Q: Since we're outside, what happens if the weather is not permitted?
A: Class will be via. Zoom. We will send you a zoom link in advance.
